Kelly has a love for the outdoors and sports. She discovered yoga and pilates over 10 years ago and fell in love with them after an achilles injury. Both of these practices helped her achieve a gentle yet speedy recovery.
Over the past several years she has concentrated more on yoga due to the mindfulness and focus that it brings to her life. After completing a 250-hour yoga teacher training program, she has chosen to pass along the knowledge she has gained by teaching and guiding students within their own practice.
In her classes, there is a focus on core, strengthening and balancing in a fun yet challenging environment. She believes in stimulating the students’ body, mind and spirit through practice in a safe manner.

Vinyasa Flow
Come experience Vinyasa Flow yoga weekly. Get your heart-rate up, burn calories and gain flexibility all while practicing mindfulness. This class is for beginners, level 1 and level 2 students to learn the foundations of yoga while working out both your body and mind. This style of yoga is often considered “moving meditation” as you will flow through the postures using your breath as your guide. It will follow a form of ‘freestyle Ashtanga’ focusing on core, strengthening and balancing in a fun yet challenging environment. Once you step into the class, your focus will be on your own practice bringing positive energy to your fellow yogis. All egos are requested to be left outside of the room. Kelly believes in stimulating the students’ body, mind and spirit through practice in a safe manner.
